As the management board, we develop and oversee the creation of a scalable on-demand textile production structure — from the initial concept phase through to implementation.

Over the past several years, we have built the foundation for reorganizing production to be local, digital, and demand-driven.

With the first microfactory project, this structure was brought into practical operation.

Our focus now lies on further expansion:
production capacity, digital control systems, and the integration of our members into a functioning and economically sustainable structure.

We are responsible for its development, implementation, and scaling.
